Return & Exchange Policy – Shivandita

Thank you for shopping with Shivandita! We value your trust and strive to ensure you are delighted with every purchase. If something is not right, here’s how returns and exchanges work.

Return Policy

  • Eligibility:
    Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery (including the delivery day).

  • Condition:
    Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase:
    Please keep your receipt or order confirmation email handy when initiating a return.

  • How to Request a Return:
    Email us at support@shivandita.com or WhatsApp us at +91-7976132146 within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Pickup:
    Our logistics partner (Shiprocket) will arrange the pickup from your delivery address.

Note: Returns initiated after the 2-day window will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility:
    Exchanges can be requested within 5 days of delivery (including the delivery day).

  • Condition:
    Products must be unused and in the same condition you received them.

  • Exchange Process:

    • Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 5 days.

    • We will confirm the pickup through Shiprocket.

    • Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange.

  • Stock Availability:
    Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size or style. If not available, you can choose another product or request a store credit.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products marked as Final Sale

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items without original tags and packaging

  • Used or damaged items

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes our quality check.

  • Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • If your refund is delayed beyond 15 days after approval, please contact us.
