Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or Email.
We use Shopify for order processing and Shiprocket for fast and reliable delivery across India.
Shipping Time
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Locations: 5–8 business days
(Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, courier delays, or festivals.)
Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on selected pin codes.
COD charges may vary depending on the courier partner.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.
You can also track your order anytime through the Shiprocket tracking page or your order confirmation email from Shopify.

Delays or Issues
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, we will work with Shiprocket and the courier partner to resolve the issue.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns:
Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery, including the day of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details.
All return pickups are arranged through Shiprocket.
Exchanges:
Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery, including the day of delivery.
Exchange pickups are also processed via Shiprocket.
Returned or exchanged items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
